Refund

1. Full Refund

  • Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

2. Partial Refund

  • Cancellations made 15 days before check-in qualify for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

3. Non-Refundable Cancellations

  • For cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, no refund will be provided.

4. Early Check-Out

  • No refunds are issued for early check-out.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of cancellation on our end. Please note that additional processing time may vary depending on the guest’s bank.

6. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date, the reservation is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

7. Payment Method for Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the booking.

Returns

At Casa de Rufio, we ensure that all amenities, appliances, and furnishings are provided in excellent condition upon guest arrival. In case of any issues with the property or amenities during your stay, please notify us promptly so we can assist.

Damages and Replacements

  • Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Damages may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement.

Lost Items

  • We kindly request guests to check for personal belongings before departure. If you forget an item, contact us within 14 days, and we will assist in arranging its return at the guest’s expense.

Maintenance and Repairs

  • In the rare case of any maintenance issue that disrupts your stay, we will prioritize repairs.
