Questions before you book
How does booking work?
Choose your dates on the house page: you see the free days and the total price straight away, then you book and pay online. You get the confirmation by email. Questions first? Write to us on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
In full when you book: by card through Stripe, by PayPal or by bank transfer.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, with a full refund. After that the booking is not refundable.
Are there extra costs?
Only the final cleaning, 60 € per stay, already shown in the total. On request: extra bed linen and towels for 30 €, and a cleaning during your stay with fresh linen for 50 € each time.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Tell us your arrival time and we will do our best if you need to come earlier or leave later.
Why do you ask for my ID?
Spanish law requires every holiday rental to register its guests with the authorities (SES Hospedajes). You fill in our online check-in once, before you arrive.
Do I need a car?
Not for the beach, the harbour and the restaurants, which are all within walking distance. A car is useful for Teide, Masca and the rest of the island.
